1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of The Bourbon Report and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The sweepstakes begins on May 18, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on June 30, 2025. All entries must be received within this time frame to be eligible.
3. How to Enter
Participants can earn a maximum of three (3) entries as follows:

Each participant may only enter once per method. Any attempt to exceed the maximum number of entries by using multiple identities, email addresses, or social media accounts may result in disqualification.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) 750ml bottle of Bardstown Bourbon Company Discovery Series #9, approximate retail value (ARV): $139.99.
The prize includes standard ground shipping to the winner’s eligible U.S. address, subject to state and local laws regarding the shipment of alcohol.
The prize is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and no substitutions will be allowed except at the sole discretion of The Bourbon Report if the listed prize becomes unavailable.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about July 4, 2025. The winner will be notified by email and/or Instagram direct message. The winner must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received within that time, an alternate winner may be selected.
